While we are dedicated to providing comprehensive internal medicine and primary care, medical emergencies require immediate attention from emergency services.

At Elite Care Internal Medicine, we accept most insurance plans to help make your care as accessible as possible. To confirm whether your plan is accepted, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly or calling our office at (972) 379-0550.

Please note that copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles are due at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept multiple forms of payment, including cash, personal checks, and credit or debit cards.

If your provider at Elite Care Internal Medicine recommends a specialist consultation or diagnostic testing that requires a referral, we will make every effort to process it promptly.

Please note that some referrals may require insurance preauthorization, which can delay processing. Insurance regulations do not allow us to backdate referrals. To ensure timely coordination of your care, we kindly ask that you allow up to three business days for routine referral processing.

Prescriptions and medication refills for established patients of Elite Care Internal Medicine are processed during our regular office hours. To request a refill, please call our office at (972) 379-0550.

We encourage patients to plan ahead and request refills several days before running out of medication to help avoid any interruptions in treatment. Please note that refill requests made after hours, on weekends, or during holidays may be addressed on the next business day.
