Mhd Yasser Darkazally, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician and the founder of Elite Care Internal Medicine in Plano, Texas. With over 22 years of experience as both a hospitalist and a primary care physician, Dr. Darkazally is committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care to adult patients across Plano and the surrounding North Texas communities.

He brings his expertise as an internist and primary care provider to every patient interaction, offering a comprehensive approach that emphasizes preventive health, chronic disease management, and the treatment of acute conditions. Dr. Darkazally believes in building long-term relationships with his patients, taking the time to understand their individual health goals, and empowering them to take an active role in their well-being.

In 2007, Dr. Darkazally completed his internal medicine residency through Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and the North Chicago VA Medical Center, now known as the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center. He then earned board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine and pursued advanced training in geriatrics through a fellowship at Oakwood Hospital, which is now Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital, in Dearborn, Michigan.

Today, Dr. Darkazally continues to serve the Plano community with compassion, clinical excellence, and a deep commitment to accessible, patient-centered care. His practice reflects his belief that every patient deserves thoughtful attention, clear communication, and a trusted partner in their lifelong health journey.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Darkazally enjoys spending quality time with his family and unwinding by watching basketball, balancing his dedication to patient care with the joys of home and sport.
